Africa HR Connect Limited is an HR bureau which provides human resource solutions for businesses within Ghana and Africa at large. With a vision of equipping organizations with good HR expertise and solutions, Africa HR Connect Ltd. seeks to support the efforts by business leaders to instill productivity, efficiency, industrial harmony and effective human capital management at the workplace.
Africa HR Connect also serves as a conduit for international organizations that seek to prospect into, or embark on short term projects in Africa in a legally compliant manner.
Our vision is to be among the top ten HR consulting firms in Africa, providing HR solutions to local and International organizations and professional HR advice to individuals and groups.

Objectives

- To organize events geared towards the growth of business in Ghana/Africa.

- To conduct HR-related research and surveys for businesses, organizations, institutions and individuals that express such need.
- To provide professional counsel to individuals that seek redress on HR-related issues and related jobs.
- To partner international business that extends business prospecting into Ghana and other parts of Africa.

Our Approach
Depending on the project we are undertaking, we sign a memorandum of understanding with prospective clients on agreed tasks to be performed.
Subsequently, we present a proposal for the client’s acceptance before commencement of the project.
Status reports are sometimes submitted in the course of a project to inform the client on the state of the project. A final report is presented at the end of the project.
Our Fees
Our fees are based on the professional expertise that would be required to handle the project/s effectively and to satisfy the needs of our clients.
For On/Off-site HR services, however, we enter into a retainership agreement, payable in advance monthly, with our clients.
Sometimes, expenses incurred during the project are added to our professional charges. Though it may vary, our expenses are often between 5% – 10% of the professional cost.
