Humphrey is a Human Resource Practitioner and the Chief Executive Officer of Africa HR Connect Ltd. He’s had extensive experience in organisation and human resource management, HR audit, managing HR-related surveys, search and selection and other Technical HR assignments. He has been involved in designing, developing and presenting training programs in industrial relations and general human resource management.

Humphrey has been involved in the preparation and management of Annual HR budgets of approximately 15 million euros per annum. He also worked for over 26 years with multinational companies like Guinness (DIAGEO), Coca Cola, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Kaltire, Maxam Terra Solutions and the Embassy of the United States of America, Accra. Humphrey holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law / Sociology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and has built over 26 years working experience in academia, information technology, manufacturing industry, small scale enterprise, consulting and mining sectors in Ghana.
