Kofi is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty-five years’ experience working with organizations from diverse industries. Kofi has acquired experiences from Consulting, FMCG, Commodities and Trading and the mining industries. Kofi has worked with multinationals and global businesses that adhere to global standards and ensure compliance with government regulatory framework.

Kofi has led numerous audit processes and led management teams in audits from the Ghana Revenue Authority and other institutions.  Kofi would ensure that corporate tax compliance and all corporate financial structuring are adhered to. Kofi holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Christian University College, Kumasi and an MBA from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is also a chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA). Kofi will lead or play a significant role in all Ghana)
