Mrs. Croffie Commey is a Director of Africa HR Connect and has been involved in Logistics, Transportation, human resource and administration. selection and placement, training, and project management of a number of projects undertaken by the firm. Thelma has also been involved in the management of logistic projects for big players in the mining and chemical industries across West Africa.

Thelma has worked with multinationals in the logistics industry and also been involved in HR -related projects by Africa HR Connect. Thelma has over 30 years of progressive work experience acquired from the hospitality, government ministries, shipping and HR consulting backgrounds.

Thelma has been responsible for the efficient administration of the office of Africa HR Connect Ltd., liaising with management of institutions on projects being undertaken by the firm. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (English & Sociology) degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi and has had over 30 years of working experience in diverse fields.
